Bridge Creek Vol. II

Having built the home ten years prior, my client was ready to complete the lower level for the enjoyment of their growing family. We carefully applied the same level of detail and personalized aesthetics of the main home areas to the lower spaces, while still incorporating current, customized materials. A lower-level floor plan already existed from the original build, but the client wanted to include an additional wine and dance room, so we designed a new, updated layout. Custom millwork and tile details were essential, and starting the room designs early in the build with carefully curated fabrics and wallpapers helped inform perfect details of the final project.
